We are pleased to announce that the Statement Matching team will be attending the 2019 Shared Services Leaders’ Summit on the 22nd and 23rd May, and we’d love to see you there!

The summit this year will be addressing a topic which affects everyone who works in shared services: process and technology. The digital boom has seen change happen in every corner of the industry, leading us to embrace a far more customer-centric focus than ever before. Thanks to digital adoption we’re now dealing with huge amounts of data, and it’s here that key opportunities exist for shared services. Whether that means experiments in automation, or simply leveraging data to improve the internal customer experience, shared services is an area that’s packed with opportunities – and Statement Matching is right there at the forefront.

The 2019 Shared Services Leaders’ Summit is a two-day event with a packed agenda with keynote speakers from industry veterans like Microsoft. Attendees will be able to hear from companies who’ve implemented end-to-end shared services on a global scale (and discover the challenges that this entails), plus take a look at the digital agenda from all angles. Is there too much of a focus on digital, or is it the only way forward? The two-day summit is set to answer these questions and many more, so it’s certain to be a rewarding and engaging event for anyone working in shared services.
