For Invoice-Matching, we need to connect to your test client via the API and we can let you know required credentials. For Statement-Matching and Duplicate-Matching, simply provide invoice data in Excel from your ERP system for up to ten vendors and email the files to poc@statement-matching.com. You should give us all open items and last six months paid items for each vendor. You also need to send statements to us, which you can scan to email if they are paper or otherwise forward your PDF and Excel statements via email.

Any electronic or PDF invoices/statements are acceptable. If you still get paper then we can also take those, just scan them as PDF or TIFF and send them to the email address. We are happy to do any language as well to prove our service works for all your markets.

Once you have provided the data, we will allocate the resource to set you up. It’s a 3-5 day turnaround to setup the system once we have your data and we’ll provide training via Teams, which usually takes 1.5 hours for any APMatching platform component. Now you are ready to go and we’ll refresh the data as many times as you like.

The Proof of Concept is free of charge. if you decide to become a paying customer then pricing is available for each of the products via the website or contact us to discuss. There is a fixed monthly platform fee and variable invoice/statement charges based on usage.
